نظرًا لأن المنتج المقدم عبر موقع المؤتمر الدولي لسرطانات الجهاز الهضمي (IGCC) هو تذكرة حضور، فإن سياسة الاستبدال والاسترجاع تخضع لشروط خاصة لضمان تنظيم فعالية سلسة.

Since the only product offered through the International Gastrointestinal Cancer Congress (IGCC) website is an event attendance ticket, the refund and exchange policy is subject to specific conditions to ensure smooth event organization.

•التذاكر المشتراة غير قابلة للاسترجاع بعد إتمام عملية الدفع، إلا في حالة إلغاء المؤتمر من قبل اللجنة المنظمة.

•في حالة الإلغاء الرسمي من قبل الجهة المنظمة، سيتم رد المبلغ كاملاً إلى نفس وسيلة الدفع المستخدمة.

 

Tickets purchased are non-refundable after payment completion, except in the event of official cancellation of the congress by the organizing committee.

In the case of official cancellation by the organizers, a full refund will be issued to the same payment method used.

•يمكن استبدال التذكرة باسم شخص آخر إذا تعذر على المشتري الحضور، بشرط إرسال طلب رسمي قبل 7 أيام على الأقل من تاريخ الفعالية.

•لا يمكن تغيير نوع التذكرة أو ترقيتها بعد إتمام عملية الدفع.

 

Tickets can be transferred to another person’s name if the original purchaser is unable to attend, provided an official request is submitted at least 7 days before the event date.

Ticket type changes or upgrades are not allowed after payment.

•إذا قرر المشارك عدم الحضور، فلن يتم استرداد المبلغ، ويمكن فقط نقل التذكرة لشخص آخر ضمن المدة المحددة أعلاه.

 

If the attendee decides not to attend, the payment will not be refunded, and the ticket can only be transferred to another person within the specified timeframe.
